Ale ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 chytr\u00fd telefon nebo ho bude nosit st\u00e1le u sebe. Mal\u00fd krokom\u011br je \u0161ikovn\u00fd a ne\u00fanavn\u00fd sportovn\u00ed dopln\u011bk a m\u016f\u017eeme ho m\u00edt hned od r\u00e1na u sebe. Je pravdou, \u017ee tady se dozv\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b daleko v\u00edce, nap\u0159\u00edklad kvalitu sp\u00e1nku, tepovou frekvenci, maj\u00ed GPS, pom\u00e1haj\u00ed pl\u00e1novat a zlep\u0161ovat n\u00e1\u0161 fyzick\u00fd v\u00fdkon.
