T\u00edm asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm je nutnost m\u00edt vlastn\u00ed pozemek. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee ani s t\u00edmto obydl\u00edm nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 parkovat norm\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ed bar\u00e1kem. Druhou nep\u0159\u00edjemnost\u00ed je pak velikost interi\u00e9ru. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed prostory nejsou sice tak mal\u00e9, jak si mnoz\u00ed asi mysl\u00ed, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 sl\u00e1va to tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed.D\u00e1 se v nich pracovatMobiln\u00ed domy, a\u0165 u\u017e nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed generace, nebo model\u016f p\u0159ed n\u00ed, se nedaj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze k bydlen\u00ed, ale vyu\u017e\u00edt jejich mo\u017enost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee i podnikatelsk\u00fd sektor.
